I am seeing two alarms, the repeated 101 alarms daily, which seem to clear, and a BAT Alarm on the CPC card, what steps should I take to resolve?

Change the CPC battery, back up the database first just to be safe.

Welcome to the board The alarm 101 is excessive errors if you pull the logs you will see what extension has the issue and you can take steps to cure the problem. Jeff is right before turning off the power to your system you HAVE to take a download! You will loose everything when you power it down and pull the battery. Depending on the software level you may need to have a copy of the license so you can re-install it as well. I would address the battery issue ASAP if power goes out before you get a down load you will have a ton of time into re-programming the system Hope this helps Randy

Good point with the CPC, since you have an SSL tied to the system.
