Does anyone know of a way to do external paging from the ST500 app? It's an NEC app but uses a 3rd party SIP license. I am unable to use any of the service codes such as 703 for paging. Any suggestions?

Those only work from an MLT or SLT. They won't work from a SIP phone.

I just activated X-Lite SIP client on my test 9100 system and had no issue paging using *10. You might want to contact NTAC to see if you are missing something. SIP clients are usually just glorified analog phones.

I will do that. Thank you. I wonder if it's just a difference on the 2100 and the 9100. I'm installing it in the morning. I will try it with xlite and see if there's a difference from the NEC app.

Remember SIP phones/programs almost always have to hit send after dialing.
