Hi
I have a customer who wants to keep track of each user of the system, he has 2 sales people for 1 extension, is there a way to program an individual access code for a user? Kind of like having the LEC require a long distance code to complete the call except the user would enter a code before they could access an outside line..

You could use Account Codes for each person, and set up the extension to Force a code. Look under System\Endpoint Related information\Account Codes.
