Setting up the mail box is easy. go to Voicemail/devices/mailboxes with mailboxes highlighted right click on the right side of the screen select associated if it is an associated (meaning it has a phone) non if it's not. If not make up a number for the box. If it is what is is associated to (I suspect a digital station) select and pick the extension number from the list. If it is not in the list and it is not already created go to Voicemail/devices/extension Id's find the number and delete it. The system will then allow you to create it. highlight the new mailbox number on the left side of the screen on the right you will see passwords I suspect you will see ###### right click edit password and click OK. This will remove the password and makes it easier for the user to set up they will access the box press pound when prompted for a password. You will need to go to the extension if it is an associated Mailbox. System/devices and feature codes/stations

Simple, you can't.
The mailbox become "initialized" when the user logs in and 1)sets the password, and 2)records their name.
