Anyone if I can do a trace route on the Inter-tel Axxess 9.1 system? I am trying to trace a call to one of our DIDs so I can watch the call in progress. Can I do this? TY

Your terminology may be wrong. Trace route shows hops and latency in IP traffic between two points. What is it you want to see?
