Good morning, can anybody tell me the difference between Maximum Used & Utilization in a Trunk Utilization Report. Thanks.

As an example, you have a trunk group (1) of 8 trunks.
Hour by hour in your report for the period selected, maximum used is the maximum trunks in use at one time during that hourly period. Utilization is the same data presented as a percentage.
For example, if at 0900 in your report period, 2 trunks were in use at the same time, maximum trunks would be 2 and utilization 25(%).
