Currently at release v9.1 and soon releasing a new phone model to help compete with the cheaper and ever ubiquitous Polycom, Yealinks phones that are offered with essentially every hosted option out there. Allworx too, along with their premise based phone systems, are offering a hosted solution.
As someone mentioned; the demise of Windstream is what almost drove it to the grave. But as of now its back in the hands of the original principals and they are still actively developing enhancements.
Once Nortel went under this was essentially the only system we offer. We don’t do a whole lot of phone installs anymore, but when ask to provide a solution Allworx is what we will offer, and for now has been very reliable, not to mention how flexible IP based systems have become.
As far as forum post, who really ever post for help any more. The biggest on-going threads around here are the “look at the Shitty wiring jobs”. Unfortunately, small/med business telecom solutions has really become a 2nd thought behind their “internet speed” …and with that are nearly given phones by those Cable/Telco providers.
This was a follow up to “Allworks end of the line” post.

Thanks for the update, good to hear the brand hasn't died off the way Toshiba, Panasonic, & others have gone.
