Hi,
Have any of you ran into any issues when using Kerio firewalls and SIP trunks on a 7200s(5.03)? inbound calls are cutting off after a minute, SIP ALG is supposedly off, and there doesn't seem to be any UDP timeout option to adjust which normally is the cause of this in other firewalls!
Thanks

I don't know the Samsung systems specifically, but is there a programming option to put in the public IP address so it gets encoded into the SIP packets? I've seen that setting cause similar symptoms on Avaya and FreePBX.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply, the Firewalls guys found the issue, it was dropping the packets after 1 min, they needed to create a rule to resolve the issue.
