I am trying to use the feature code for silent monitor on a Inter-tel Axxess system. when I hit the feature code and I am prompted to enter the ext to monitr(so far so good) then it says silent monitor rejected. I have tried several exts and same thing. What needs to be programmed in DB on the station? TY

The station being monitored needs to be a member of a hunt group. The station doing the monitoring needs to be the supervisor of the hunt group.
If you don’t need a hunt group to actually route calls, you could create a hunt group with members and supervisors for the sole purpose of monitoring calls.
