Has anyone seen a issue with their IP phones losing lamping updates? I have 4 phones which will work but the lamping stops. For example on their Park buttons. Reboot the phone and they work for a few minutes then stop again.
Not sure what to look for here.

Not sure if this is exactly your issue, but worth a try. From the bottom of the page for 30-03:
"To prevent lamping problems when reassigning DSS Console keys, it is recommended that you clear an extension's programmed key before reassigning it [Enter key to be cleared + 00 or *00 (If using WebPro or PCPro, delete the key assignments and upload the change to the system before proceeding.) Without clearing an extension key first, the DSS Console may not show the correct lamping, although the DSS function works correctly.
If you are programming the system from the extension to which the DSS Console is connected, either by phone or using the WebPro or PCPro, you may need to unplug the DSS and plug it back in to reset the console's lamping. "
