Someone called us out of the blue and asked if we might be able to help them out.
Their Panasonic is not picking up. You hear the clicking inside the Amanda as you called the voicemail hunt group, but it does not pick up.
I was looking to get into the Amanda through the serial port with Putty, but I don't know if this can be done, what settings, and at what baud rate I should use.
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Is the Amanda a white voicemail that looks much like the 3x8 KSU? If so, it seems to me the serial connection was 9600,8,N,1 with a Null Modem cable...
