Good morning we are trying to setup a stand alone Softphone for the first time. The client is installed but it is asking for the extension in the phone system. Where do you create an extension for Softphone in the SV9100. Thanks.

I am. I have it working except I have no audio. I hear ringback when calling an extension or Inmail but no two way audio. I have my licenses for 5103 in 10-54 and ICM keys on the phones. This is setup on our test bench with a little 5 port Netgear switch.
