For a hotel customer they have a wave file they want to upload as their main greeting. We have the file and it is the correct format, we have uploaded it to the phone system, but it will not play on night mode. I think we have uploaded it to the wrong place. We followed the data sheet from the NEC website to up load it as message 2 in the VRS. We do hear the correct message when we check it as per the sheet. Is there programming to point the night greeting to this file or did we uploaded to the wrong location? Anyone know how to do this correctly?

Are you using the VRS for an auto attendant or using the inmail?

I am using the inmail, now that you are saying VRS as the other one I will have to check the programming. Never used the VRS

Uploading, like this, is usually to routing mailboxes that are used for night auto attendant or whatever greeting.
