I have a customer with a Samsung OS7200 phone system with an SVMi-20I voicemail card installed in it. The voicemail-to-email feature is set up for all employees. About once every 7-10 days the feature stops working. All other voicemail functions continue to work okay. Once I reset the voicemail card, the voicemail-to-email feature will work for 7-10 days and then stop again. Is anyone else experiencing this or have a solution? Thank you.
