How can I set up an incoming call on a CO line to go to voice mail if ring no answer?

What is the model of the NEC phone system the Elite Mail is in? This is needed because the phone system is what sends the call to voicemail.

Looking at the display phones, is there 1 line of characters or 2, if there are 2 you will see extension number on one side and the extension name on the other, this will be mid screen. On the bottom part of the screen you will see different navigation options for the soft keys, let's hope this is the case.

Sam,
Sorry I cannot help you on this one, it's been to long programming one of these via phone, toward the end I would use software on my laptop at the time called SAT which I no longer have and if I could get a hold of it wouldn't run on newer Windows.
