I was doing some more reading in the CIX100 Programming Manual and found something that indicated if you change the IP address of the cabinet to 0.0.0.0 it will allow any ip address to connect to it . Has anybody heard of this.

That doesn't sound logical. . EManager uses SNMP, which is a TCP/IP protocol. You can't connect to a device without a valid and reachable IP address.
