Last night a thunderstorm caused a power outage. Usually after an outage, I reset our voicemail computer (connected to the Intertel CPU) and all is fine. This time, the computer boots up but does not get past this line.
"Loading custom tone table (ton\default.itt)"
None of our voicemail works, and I cannot login to the system with a serial connection like I normally do. Also, a red light next to DB ERROR lights up on the CPU module. Please help if you know anything about this old system.

NNBC,
"Loading custom tone table (ton\default.itt)"
Means that your OS2 voicemail is loaded and ready for voice processing.
You need to check your COM Ports on the voicemail and the CPU.
