How do I connect to my GVPH voicemail card in my Toshiba CIX40 PBX? I keep getting the following error message: "Handshake Failed. Wrong baud rate or other serial link parameter is incorrect". What certain settings do I need to configure to make this connect? Thanks much in advance!

The baud rate should be 9600.
Sometimes it takes multiple attempts to establish the connection.
If you are using the Stratagy VM Manger try using a different profile. I don't know why that seems to work, but I've connected to a GVPH using the LVMU profile and had it work just fine.
