They have a TDA200 using a PRI..

They always kept an analog line for their alarm system and we shared the FAX for it

They are now going to a cellular alarm and want to port their FAX to the PRI.

I see where to put the incoming number In the DID pool to DIL to a Separate Ring group to send it to the analog port assigned to the FAX machine.

Where I’m stuck is how do I get away from dialing 9 before each outbound FAX call and to get it to outbound CID correctly?

I’ve never tried this before on a PRI and want to show up with a plan that doesn’t have to modified onsite.

Thank you in advance!

If you go into 4.1.1 tab "Option 2" select "Pickup Dial Set" and set to ON. The next column over, set "Pick up Dial No." to 9
On the ISDN Clip tab add the new fax number to that extension.
In 2.3 set "Hotline Dial timer" to 0 or 1 second.

Thanks Kevin!

As usual I was looking in the wrong places.
