I need a new laptop that can handle IP Office Manager. Mine now is Windows 7 Pro. What should be get now

Shouldn't be hard - anything you like the looks of that runs Windows 10 (maybe even 11) such as this: Amazon Link

One of my throwaway laptops is Win 7 Pro and it runs Manager just fine.
