We have a customer with a SV9100 with a SVR-2 XP Blade and it is starting to fail. We need to replace it with a Windows 10 Server. My question is will the Contact Center Monitor & Contact Center Reports clients that are on the PC's still work or do we need to go to Dashboard & Incontrol web based. If so, what other licenses are needed. Will we need Incontrol for ACD Reports only. Thanks...
