Recently purchased several phones from our supplier. When we connected them up to our dismay they have been set to SCM. They will not let you set them to Officeserv once they have been set that way.

I was informed several years ago by a Samsung factory tech once that happens they have to be sent back to Samsung to be reset. Of course that is no longer possibly. The supplier has no idea how to do it and I don't think it is just a simple firmware fix.

Anyone else run into this and find a solution?

They do not give you the option for Officeserv after selecting Server. Firmware has the SCM prefix.

You can load os7000 firmware once they've been flashed to scm.
I think you have to use the http method not tftp.
