Does anyone know if it is possible to restore a specific date for a mailbox? It is an Inter-tel Axxess. TY

Yes, with a big "But...." Only if you had done a manual backup on that day. Manual backups save mailboxes as individual files. From that, you can upload a copy of an individual mailbox.

hmmmm...that is what I figured. No manual backups happening here so I guess none for them. Thank you much!
