A customer's OS7100 crashed. I have all the DC voltages coming out of the power supply. No lights are on the MP10a. I have lights on the two digitial station modules installed in the universal slot. I replaced the MP10a. Same issue. I used the existing media card in the new MP10a.

The power supply is the weak link with these systems. Could be the backplane (case) in this instance though. If you have a spare power supply, I'd try that first just to eliminate.
