Hey all,

I did a quick search and didn't find the answer, but isn't there a quick and easy way for an end user to clear flexible button programming right at the telephone (without going into system programming) on a TDA system? If so, do you remember how?!!

The user can easily do it button by button, but if you are asking how to clear all of them at once, I don't know the answer.

Thanks Brian, do you remember the process to clear a button one by one? PROG - Button - Redial - Save or something like that?

PROG-Button-Clear-Clear- Enter, or PROG-Button-2-Enter

It depends on which phone they have. It is easy on the KX-DT343 because there are softkeys for CLEAR and SAVE. Press PAUSE, the button to clear. CLEAR softkey and ENTER softkey. On the KX-T7000 series it is PROG, Button, FLASH(I think), AUTO DIAL/STORE or something like that. It has been awhile since I have touched the old phones.
