Passing along a request - PM me for details: I have a hotel client located in Hinton, AB that requires on-site support with their Avaya Definity legacy PBX. The property has recently come under new ownership, and I do not have a vendor contact for this system.
My understanding is their phones went down recently; no inbound, outbound or internal calls can be made from the front desk or guest rooms. We have tried rebooting the PBX equipment, and a technician from TELUS came on-site to inspect their main line, but they said the issue seems to be with the PBX. That's unfortunately the extent of my knowledge from the property. It could be something simple, but I would prefer someone with the ability to interface with the equipment be on-site should PBX troubleshooting be needed.
