On a PRI, I need the DIDs to ring direct to extensions .

2202 is set for normal and DIL on mode 2. ( Shouldn't they be set to DID for both modes?)

22-11 has the extension in target, but the calls are going to the front desk. Missing something here.

Thanks

Chaz

22-02 set to normal will take any incoming DID will go to a ring group and set to DIL is usually to take it to one specific extension number (Often a Vmail box).

To take the DIDs to individual extensions, you need to set 22-02 to DID and set up the DID Translation table in 22-09, 22-10 and 22-11

All PRI channels need to be set to DID. Then adjust your DID tables.
