I have an Avaya IP Office 9.1 with Essential Edition Lic. I am not getting any audible ringing but can see the line key flashing. Also it does not appear to be any touchtone digits being sent when prompted from external VM to press 1,2, etc.
Please offer any help when you can ?

What type of trunks are on this system: analog, PRI, SIP?

Have you tested the trunks ahead of the IPO to verify if the problems exist there or if it is an IPO issue?

analog trunks and have tested trunks ahead of system with but set and they are ringing in.

defaulted the system and started from scratch but i believe it was because there were several other Trunk Groups and my particular ext. was not in either group.
