I have created tiles for calls waiting in queue. However it shows zero even though there are many calls waiting. Anyone know why it is not pulling the call data? I have of course checked my filters but they look fine so I am not sure what I am missing. Thank you

Are your filters based on hunt groups? If so make sure your filters are using the Call Route tab only to filter your groups, not the ACD hunt group tab.
