Can a voicemail message be saved as an audio file? Customer needs to send the audio to someone outside of the 9100 system.
I logged in as a User Admin and don't even see the messages the users says are archived. Any suggestions?

Yes. Log in user User Pro creds for that extension. Pretty straight forward from there. Assuming this is Intramail.

Found it. I forgot to look in the VE mailbox for this office, and not the extension's mailbox.
As Coral Tech said, the User Pro (UA) login is the way. Got a WAV file.
