We installed a plethora (50+) of the Ubiquiti Unifi US-24-250W POE Switches between 2018-2021. However, they've had a very high failure rate - we've seen around 20 of them go down so far, some within months of installation. To make matters even more frustrating, the Gen2 replacement is a 24 port switch that only has 16 POE ports. Less than ideal for switches that are used exclusively to power VoIP phones. Hopefully the Gen2 has much better longevity!

I seem to recall the pricing for their products being a bit on the high end as well.
