I was hoping someone has seen this problem before. When I dial this extension from an outside line it goes through just fine but when dialing from the inside.. using IC it rings once and goes to dead air. The phone stays connected to the extension and says "IC TO EXT 2939" but nothing ever comes of it. The user says the phone does not ring either. I've already checked the call routing table and it all checks out.... I check to see if it was part of any hunt groups and it isn't. I'm at a lose. If anyone has an idea please let me know.

Thanks!!

This is a feature called 'Handsfree'. When you call that fone, you are automagically put on speaker fone after two short rings. To disable, press 'Infinity', 319 on the offending fone.
