Bought 2 refurbished phones. Bought 3 last year it had SMT-i6021 SPP v1.40 on them connected to my OS7100 no problem. The 2 I received has SMT-i6021 SCME-T01.70. From reading this I understand that 1.70 is not supported by OS7100. I can down grade it. When I went to administrator menu on the phone none of the admin passwords work. Is there a default 1234 didn't work. Is there a way to reset the phone? The reason I am doing this i am getting the error Provision Fail Check Server.

I have the same issue. Can't factory reset it. Did you ever get a resolution?
