Hi! I have several Polycom VVX 350 Phones that needs to be re-provisioned and software updated, however I do not know the old password and the MAC Address will not default the Phone. even when the Phone reboots after entering the MAC address and I hit cancel again to go to ZTP and disable, it will not recognize 456 as the default password.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the link but I have done that without any success. When it reboots it apparently reloads old config without defaulting itself. Is there a way to Flash the firmware with a USB Drive?
thx

I had a similar issue a few years back with Polycom VVX phones that were previously used in a Vonage deployment. Customer asked us to take over service and reuse theses Polycoms as the customer owned them. No matter what we did, they would always seem to "phone home" to Vonage. Must have been a custom firmware or script on them they we never could get around. Ended up replacing all of the phones.

You are correct about the Vonage firmware. I was able to install generic Polycom software on one of these phones . I don't remember the entire process, but I believe I had to get the phones to download the firmware from an internal FTP server.
