I have several customers (all with 5200's (different software levels)) using Qwest VOIP Integrated Access service. It used an Adtran router to either break the lines to copper or hand them off as a T-1. Either way The issue is the same I can not use * codes. When I called Qwest today the tech said it was hit and miss and depending on the Phone system some times it will work. He said he had an Avia tech call him back a few days ago and said they were able to make a change in the phone system to make it work but didn't know what they changed. He said he knew the issue was the CO not seeing the star properly. Anyone got an Idea what Avia might have tweeked to make it work and do I have a setting in the 5200 that will change the way it sends a star. Thanks Randy
