I know this is a pretty old system but is there a way to increase the answer time before the system goes to the auto attendant. Right now the system rings three times before the auto attendant answers the call. The ring timer needs to be at least 4-5 rings before answering the call. Thanks in advance.

Look in program 0401, I believe DIL no answer by default is 15 seconds.

I apologize for the delay in responding back to you nectec and for the incorrect answer, go to the same program area 0401, look for trunk revert, make your change there, by default is set to 15 seconds. Make sure you press the hold key after making the change.
