Hi Toner, I sent the file to the customer, he extracted the file and he's saying he doesn't see an option to install. Any ideas?

Well Toner, I finally found out what the issue was. I got on site, after telling the customer to copy & past administrator and noticed the copy adminstrator was a lower case "a" . Once capitalized A was inserted, problem solved. Thanks for all the help.
