We have an Intertel Enterprise Messaging/Unified messaging box that we use to send PDF files for faxing. Works great for local and toll free but because users have to enter an account code when sending long distance we have a problem.
Inter-Tel support told me to put a comma in the dial string
Ex: 17755551212,1234
However it causes the system to send back a send failure and tells me its a programming error (and appears to change the comma to a colon). I've tried commas, dashes, p, w... etc.
If anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate the help!

I believe that was a bug in certain versions. Do you know which EM version you have?

If you go into the Windows Add\Remove programs in control panel you should see the version listed in there.
