Hello Glenn,

It sounds like you are looking for the processor firmware. I'm curious if there was a specific reason, or you just wanted the system running on the last build.

There are several caveats when doing an upgrade, and there is always a risk (small but not zero) that you could brick the processor. Usually caused by using the wrong firmware or if it get interrupted for some reason.

Generally speaking, I don't do firmware updates as much on the CIX unless I am trying to fix a bug or for new hardware. They rarely added any new features in just the software that isn't part of a hardware upgrade.
