Howdy,
I have a CPS Server on an 11.01 512-Axxess. The CPU will occasionally peg out at 100% and the system grows sluggish and will frequently reset.
This is for a large clinic at a hospital so this is quite a problem.
I was there when it happened. Out of the blue the CPS Server's CPU pegged out at 100%. I unplugged the LAN and there was no change. I unplugged the KSU LAN and there was no change.
Looking at the Task Manager there were a few instances of "ping.exe" and "csrss.exe" running which were taking up 20%, 30% and 40% of the CPU.
I had uninstalled the CPS software, rebooted it and reinstalled it from scratch, restored a tested back up and no change.
The Windows Restoral CD is missing from inside the case of the PC.
Any suggestions?
