I recently upgrade a customer SV9100 CP10 from 8.00.65 to 12.00 everything went fine until the customer wanted to change the username back to the default username and I not sure if this is ok to do or he belies that spell check took over and hit apply.... anyway, we can't get back into phone system
Optus Support is saying that if I downgrade the system the original username will be there
and I am assuming that I have to use the flash drive to do this Just wondering if anyone has heard of this
