Just recently i started to get a 112 error weekly. I reset the system and it goes away for a week or so. I would like to look at the logs to correct the issue but i am not sure how to find this information.

You can pull down the error information by going to Operations - Error Information in DB programming. You have to Freeze the queue and then retrieve the timestamps for the desired dates and times. If you need help deciphering the information you'll have to probably contact your vendor at that point. Please take note also that once you reset the phone system all of the logs are reset as well.

Your getting low on memory due to errors building up and eventually causing you to have to reset.Use your Diagnositc monitor and check the message print as this should give you a good idea whats wrong.

System/IP Settings/ Advanced IP Settings Turn off SIP UDP Listening port and it will stop the error your system is looking for SIP from the outside world and not getting it

Just an update to this as it has been causeing me some considerable problem over the last few weeks. This is not the system not getting sip from the outside world, it is actually hackers sweeping the internt for open sip ports and bomarding the system with requests to make calls.
