That could be a rather involved project depending on how you want the system setup.Do you have any programming knowledge on Samsung? If not you would be much better off trying to find a local tech

a technician has already intervened by opening a software and working from there. I wanted to find that software and see how it is done

The software is dependent on the software level the system is running. You can perform most of the system programming from a keyset. To ask to learn how to use and program using OSDM software takes hours. Your best solution is to ask the tech you have and get them to help you. If you haven't programmed Samsung before there is a reason a tech is trained.
