Hi
We have an Inter-tel CS-5400 on which we have recently configured least-cost routing to dial various cheap international call providers. For this to work properly, we had to use the full international number and country code with our existing system speed dial list.
Now when someone on the speed dial list calls in, their number is shown and is not resolving to their name. Is there any way we can fix this?
Thanks
Cammy

How about modifying ARS to include the access codes?
Not sure how many access codes you’re using, or what the dial patterns are, but you could build dial rules to add the access code when a specific number is dialed.
Starting with dial rule 8, you could build dial rules for the access codes. Add a route group with your international dial pattern, and route it through a facility group using the specific dial rules.
Again, I don’t know how many of these you would need to build, but it would allow you to change the speed dial numbers back to the actual phone number and display the associated name on incoming calls.
