We have an older system that has auto answer setup on it now. When some one calls in and listens to the message but hangs up before being transfered to the answer point, the call is still transfer. This is causing a line to be help and if not answer there is a message coming on from the telephone company to hang and try your call again. Is there a place to program the call to hang up before this happens or is it because the telephone company is not sending the hangup tone to the system.

Since most people calling in will dial some option, I set the time out transfer in dial action table to hang up.
