Customer has an SV9100. Is it possible to change the name of a key on a desi-less phone, from the phone?
In other words, I have a user that can change an external phone number on a function key, using Speaker, 751, etc. Now they would like to change the desi-less label for that updated key. Can they change the label from their phone, or must they log into Web Pro to get it done?
I can't find a service code that will do this.
Thanks. Jim

Entering a feature code to do this, no. PC Pro or Web Pro

You can set up a lower level password and allow handset programming to allow the customer to do this from a handset.

Update for Web Pro, log in as USER1, left side of main screen click on telephone setting, next screen look for extension to be programmed, go to the far right and click on the wrench/hammer, next screen left side there is a drop down, click on function key assignment, you will see the desi-less box with names on this screen.
Yes R4+Z you can do this via phone but what a pain in the donkey.
