I just added a new DID block to my call route table but when I try to point it to an ext it just defaults to our main line. Is there something else I need to program? Thank you Alicia

Are you using the correct amount of digits in the "Pattern" column? If you have existing DIDs, use the same amount.

If you have it below the rules for not matching anything then you will never make it to the new table. DID's need to be in the order you want them looked at. Either drag the non-matching rules down or move the new ones up above and re-test. I suspect you will be fine

Thank you much.  I figured it out. I forgot to put my DIDs above my E and + catch alls.
