Customer has an SV9100. Is it possible to change the name of a key on a desi-less phone, from the phone?

In other words, I have a user that can change an external phone number on a function key, using Speaker, 751, etc. Now they would like to change the desi-less label for that updated key. Can they change the label from their phone, or must they log into Web Pro to get it done?

I can't find a service code that will do this.

Thanks.
Jim

Entering a feature code to do this, no.

You can set up a lower level password and allow handset programming to allow the customer to do this from a handset.
