Samsung OS 7400 with a Pri No longer shows Caller ID Information. I told the client it might be a new flavor from the C.O. and support on your system stopped years ago. That being said they want to upgrade about 300 phones across 4 sites currently 4) OS 7400's networked via Spnet. For security reasons head of IT wants premise not hosted One Server at main location for all sites he's looking at Grand stream any recommendations. Being retired is too much work. LoL.

I would suggest Avaya IP Office with Small Community Networking to link the 4 sites together. Pretty simple to setup, even for a retired guy!

Maybe put another system together and test with it. Then you can rule out one side or the other. I keep a small 7100 with a pri card just for this reason. It’s an easy test.

Thanks for the suggestions. When I retired, I gave them all my spare Samsung stuff, my wife didn't want me to continue to tinker. Now here I am, I will be going there on their spring break to look at it and paging.
I installed a few Avaya I.P. Offices in the past the concern they have is life expectancy now that N.E.C. pulled the plug on the U.S. market entirely who is next?.

Update right before their spring break SpNet stopped working the system looked fine nothing in the alarm logs nothing in their network error logs. Two OAS cards in the main system neither could be pinged Led lights all looked clean and green. A reset of both cards brought them both back up. A new solution is no longer in their budget so I'm looking to put together a crash kit for them, I figure an MP40, LP40, Pri, OAS and Svmi 20i cards. Any recommendations for a source to achieve this? I've only found one company with all the parts.

As always thank you for everything you do,
