As far as I know the Avaya IP Office is basically the last full TDM system available...

Vertical Communications (formerly Vodavi) still sells them, along with a full compliment of phones and door intercom boxes. For residential customers, Panasonic systems are hands-down the best solution for such an environment. Although they are mostly discontinued, there's still a chance that some distributors have new old stock left.

The Panasonic TDA50G will fit the bill. Panasonic manufactured this system for over 15 years, still available new but the doorphone is pricey so use an NEC doorphone, much cheaper.

I did a proposal for a customer that has a Partner ACS system with 5 phones. In it, he wanted to upgrade to Caller ID and maybe get some modern phones. He had 2 phone lines, with a need for 3. The ACS 509 processor would be a direct plug and play option to give him what he needed. However, he may buy a new IP phone system with WiFi phones for about $500 more than sourcing the ACS.
Your 10-20 phones become the problem. If they are MLS-XXD phones, you get displays, but you lose name display and some features. If they are non-display, you don't get CID features. At $100 and some change, you have $1000-2000 worth of phones to replace in a new system and you still have to find a doorphone to work on the new system and a cabinet.
If you go Panasonic, you would be able to get 7633 type phones for a song and save enough money to invest the $100+ into a 4 port door phone card. I know I should have saved those 30865 door phone boxes! They cost $30 and the 7775 was about twice that. I have a 30865 I painted green, somewhere in a box. That stock has already been moved to WH PARTS, a holding place for obsolete, written down inventory. It's gotta be 20 years old.
Somewhere on an old laptop, I have the Vconnect software for the Vertical 320 system. Like the Panasonic TDA50, they are inexpensive in the secondary market. It becomes a function of assembly and how long the supply holds up. In today's IP climate, you probably can buy two of everything and come out ahead for the next 10-15 years.
